A Human Performance Evaluation (HPE) helps company personnel match the physical demands of the job with the physical capabilities of the employee.
HPEs provide an effective pre-placement screening resource to employers, helping confirm their employees can perform the physical functions unique to that position.
HPEs will help your company identify ergonomic risks on the job site or in an office setting, reduce repetitive stress injuries among your workforce, and decrease your number of recordable on the job injuries.
HPEs can help companies focus on facilitating proper work functions in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
WorkFit Physical Therapists will visit your job site to observe the physical demands associated with the job. They can then create testing parameters specific to your needs prior to hiring to ensure an efficient evaluation & screening process. These conditions are replicated at our medical center in order to test an employee’s physical capabilities during the pre-employment process.
HPEs will also assist in identifying ergonomic risk factors for both industrial & office settings. Throughout the work-risk analysis, our therapists gather data to make accurate ergonomic recommendations.
